Paul brings an artist’s eye and a love for creativity — whether he’s sculpting with living plants, painting miniatures for his YouTube channel, or transforming spaces into something new.
Andrea, a Community Partnership Liaison for Haldimand County, has a gift for connecting people and resources. She helps local groups bring projects to life and secure funding that benefits the community.
Together, we built this business not only to invest in real estate but to invest in people — creating opportunities that change lives and contribute to something bigger than ourselves.
Our journey in real estate didn’t begin with wealth or a large portfolio — it began with curiosity, courage, and a shared belief that we could make a difference. Like many families, we started small, learning through experience, hard work, and a lot of determination. Every property we worked on taught us something new — not just about homes and markets, but about people, resilience, and community.
In the early days, we spent countless evenings studying, planning, and taking those first leaps of faith.
